A database of optical properties of single modeled aspherical aerosol particles, supplemented by mixing routines is available on request. Please contact Josef Gasteiger if you are interested. More information can be found in Gasteiger et al., 2011.
OPAC database (Hess, M., Koepke, P., and Schult, I.: Optical Properties of Aerosols and Clouds: The Software Package OPAC, B. Am. Meteor. Soc., 79, 831–844, 1998.)
The original database includes only scalar optical properties. Therefore the Mie-calculations have been repeated and the data including the full phase matrices are available in the format required by the libRadtran RT model. More information and examples of use can be found in Emde et al., 2010.
Database for ice crystal optical properties is now available! Please contact Ping Yang.
