Anthea is like the Kiwi sister I never had. I have known her since I moved to Munich and she showed me the ropes around here. We've been involved in plenty of Shenanigans together. She's Maid of Honour because she knows too much about me.
Jasmin Finger

Jasmin started out as a German colleague, but then quickly became a very close friend. She has contributed a lot to my fitness by being my gym buddy, but then we threw it all away with the next few cocktails. Every wedding needs a princess (Jasmin).
Petra Effenberger

I met Petra through Jasmin and quickly took a liking to this Spanish-at-heart-German girl. Our weekly Zumba sessions will help me fit into my wedding dress. Looking forward to having her by my side at the fiesta.
Emer O'Grady

Emer is a fun loving Irish girl who is bound to liven up any party. Before you know it the room will be engaged in an intense River Dance. Most likely to form the bridesmaids into a hit girl band (whether they want it or not).
Aidan Kilroy

Aidan is my younger brother, and I have known him all of his life. He and his lovely girlfriend Orla have visited us several times in Munich where they taught Lize to play Gaelic football.
Michael Foy

Mike is my best friend from Westport, I've know him since we were wee laddies. His Irish red hair is sure to wow the locals in Cape Town, as will his ability to knock back a pint.
Torsten Kunz

Torsten is one of our closest friends in Munich, and has joined us on a few trips to Africa already. German engineered, he has an ability to drink all of your beer with no obvious ill effects. I suspect Volkswagen illegal software is at play here.

Wagner is my best friend and roomie from my university time in Dublin. A Brazilian-Irish dual citizen and all round ladies man, he taught me some of the most invaluable skills I know - like beer brewing.
