	*  solar angle and albedo does not affect CPU time much, for mystic the CPU increases slightly with increasing surface albedo 
	*  for cases A to D, disort requires approx. 0.18 s per wavelength, for case E it is more efficient (0.078 s) since wavelength loop within uvspec (for aerosol/clouds it is currently not possible to put in optical properties data in required format).</description>
